Chinese Pact Africana land marked at AU capital by a skyscraper of $ 200bn

China is trying to demonstrate and prove to Europe once colonizer and to USA once the open market of African Slaves that today it is her time to dominate the Continent by constructing infrastructure for free if not with a cheap long time engagement. The AU building is the best example of the Chinese control of today’s Africa. The Asian Totalitarian regime is also more and more becoming the model to follow by the African banana republics at the point the western democracy is menaced to it s roots by the saturation of its economical meltdown manipulated by its uncontrolled financial institutions. The western financial aid was directed in the past to the regime not to the infrastructure and the money was returned back to their banks via the dictators they put in power. When it comes to China it is building the infrastructure just to bleed the Dark Continent’s natural resources. In both cases Africa is in dilemma unless it starts its own model of development with mutual and bilateral relationships with the west and h the east based on respect and reciprocity. I t must not be unilateral or unidimentional as in the past. Today the Africa must stop China before it drains the continent out of its resources. The Africans must develop a new relationship with the Asian giant.

China seeing the economical weakening of the trance Atlantic pact she is moving blind folded to the once dark continent today illuminated with the light coming from the east while that of the west is dawdling .

The African Union inauguration of its newly built headquarters in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa is the living example for the Chinese pact Africana.

The entire $200m (£127m) project was funded by China as a gift to the AU, as Beijing continues to strengthen its influence in Africa.

In front of African leaders a huge golden key was handed over a key symbolically opening the hearts and the minds of Africans opening the 100m high 200 Million Dollar building.

Today is the day that the dominance of China will be demonstrated while the first AU summit in the building will take place 29^th January 29, 2012.

Jia Qinglin, China’s most senior political adviser attended the opening of the new headquarters and expected in the meeting of the African head of states endorsing the China African dominance.

The keen Chinese politician confirmed that

“The towering complex speaks volumes about our friendship to the African people, and testifies to our strong resolve to support African development,” He lies !

The present AU chairman Equatorial Guinea’s Dictator t Teodoro Obiang Nguema, said the complex was “a reflection of the new Africa.” A Dreamer, it is not China which is going to create the new Africa but the Africans themselves dear.

The new AU building dominates the skyline of Addis Ababa and is the city’s tallest building. Teodero loves China since her partnership is laid on the basis of non political and non internal interference basis. China being the biggest abusers of Human rights at home they proved to like to work with African Dictators that imitates them with perfection. This is a situation that opens the door for an outright exploitation of the African continent which will drain all its resources with in the coming 10 years.

China brought Most of the materials used from China and even the furnishings were paid for by Beijing for building the AU skyscraper. No third-party has checked the carbonatation of the building, since the Chinese are reputed for using bad quality of material fabricated with mass exploitation and without any respect of basic Human rights.

Construction began in January 2009 and involved 1,200 Chinese and very few Ethiopian workers.

In 2011 China’s trade was $120bn with Africa increasing 600% in 10 years. Thus China is the new exploiter of the Africa’s natural resources and in return is investing huge sums in African low quality infrastructure in the contrary to the past Europeans model of development based on working only with the dictators that returns the Aid money back to their fiscal paradises. The China builds roads all over Africa leading to the different ports to transport the precious minerals out of the continent with facility.

One thing is sure the Western h nations support is string tied while the China’s relationship with African countries is based non human right or any political condition for the benefit of the local population it is rather new system of bleeding the African resources even without considering the basic environmental necessities.

China has been criticized for undermining efforts to improvements in governance. However African leaders have welcomed the Chinese approach and have embraced investment from Beijing.

China is taking over the Ethiopian capitals, even the jobs have been dominated by the Chinese workers themselves, while the unemployed starving Ethiopian accounts over half of the 10 million strong African capital.
